What is a co-host?
A co-host helps manage your short-term rental on your behalf, handling things like your listing, guest communication, pricing, cleanings, and maintenance, while you remain the owner of the property and listing.
Do I need to already have an Airbnb listing?
No. We can help you set up a brand-new listing from scratch, or step in and optimize one you already have.
Will I still have control over my property?
Yes. You stay the owner and decision-maker. We agree on house rules, blocked dates, and approval preferences up front, and keep you updated along the way.
Can I still use my home for personal stays?
Absolutely. Just let us know your dates and we’ll block them on the calendar.
How do cleanings and repairs work?
We schedule cleanings around every checkout and coordinate local vendors for maintenance and repairs, keeping you informed about anything that needs your attention.
How much does co-hosting cost?
Every property is different, so we share pricing during your free rental assessment after learning about your home and goals.
What areas do you serve?
Locally, we’re boots on the ground in Crystal River, Dunnellon, and surrounding communities on Florida’s Nature Coast, with in-person, hands-on service. We also co-host remotely for properties in other states across the U.S.
How does remote co-hosting work?
For homes outside our local area, we handle the listing, pricing, calendar, and guest messaging remotely, and coordinate with local cleaners and maintenance vendors near your property. We’ll talk through who’s on your local team during your free assessment.
